Panhellenic

Philanthropy: Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals (CMNH)
About: CMNH is a non-profit organization providing support for children’s hospitals and medical research throughout the United States. The Panhellenic Council donates funds directly to the Janet Weis Children’s Hospital— the closest CMNH affiliated hospital to the university.
Fall Event: Community Service Events 
Spring Event: Miss Aphrodite— a talent competition where one representative from each Panhellenic chapter and other Greek organizations on campus compete to be crowned the next “Miss Aphrodite.” In the Spring of 2019, the event raised over ten thousand dollars for CMNH!

Alpha Epsilon Phi 

Philanthropy: Sharsheret, Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, and Variety Children's Learning Center
About: Sharsheret is an American not-for-profit organization intended to support young Jewish women with breast cancer, or a genetic predisposition to it, and their families.
The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preventing pediatric HIV infection and eliminating pediatric AIDS through research, advocacy, and prevention and treatment programs.​
Fall Event: Greek God is a body building and talent competition between IFC fraternities that benefits Sharsheret and Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.
​Spring Event: ​Cake Race for pink day which is a cake eating competition between different frats and sororities that benefits Sharsheret.
Phi Hoops benefits Variety Children's Learning Center.

Delta Phi Epsilon 

Philanthropy: Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders (ANAD), Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and The Delta Phi Epsilon Educational Foundation
About: ANAD is the oldest organization aimed at fighting eating disorders in the United States. ANAD assists people struggling with eating disorders such as Anorexia nervosa and Bulimia nervosa and also provides resources for families, schools and the eating disorder community.
The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is a non-profit organization in the United States established to provide the means to cure and control cystic fibrosis. The Foundation provides information about cystic fibrosis and finances cystic fibrosis research that aims to improve the quality of life for people with the disease.
The Delta Phi Epsilon Educational Foundation awards scholarships annually to qualified women pursuing undergraduate and graduate degrees.​
Fall Event: Dodgeball Tournament to support The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
​Spring Event:​ Jeopardy! Hosted By DPHIE features Greek Life members as contestants to support and raise money for ANAD! 
During ANAD Week, we table in the Marketplace on campus to bring awareness to Eating Disorders and support those who may be struggling.

Kappa Kappa Gamma 

​Philanthropy: Reading Is Fundamental and the Kappa Kappa Gamma Foundation
About: Reading Is Fundamental, Inc. is the largest non-profit children's literacy organization in the United States. RIF is committed to a literate America by inspiring a passion for reading among all children, providing quality content and resources to make an impact, and engaging communities in the solution to give every child the fundamentals for success. 
Fall Event: "The Very Hungry Kappapillar" is a cooking competition where organizations will compete and help raise money towards Reading is Fundamental.
​Spring Event: Spike Ball Tournament

Phi Mu 

​Philanthropy: Children's Miracle Network Hospitals (CMNH)
About: ​Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals is a non-profit organization that raises funds for children's hospitals, medical research, and community awareness of children's health issues.
Fall Event: Phi Football is a flag football tournament.
​Spring Event: ​Phi Mu Bonamu is a music festival in which sororities fraternities and on-campus music groups will perform, along with food and games! 

Phi Sigma Sigma

​Philanthropy: Phi Sigma Sigma Foundation supports School and College Readiness
About: Phi Sigma Sigma Foundation is committed to enriching the lives of our members through service and philanthropy. Across North America our sisters are dedicated to supporting school and college readiness initiatives. The foundation has proudly partnered with the Kids in Need Foundation to provide school supplies and materials for those students who cannot afford it. Through continuing to support school and college readiness, we believe that we can change lives, empower, and support the future and current generations of students
Fall Event:“Phinding Love” is essentially a 70’s dating game show.  Contestants compete to  “find love” and the different sets of winners receive gift cards to go on a date at a local Binghamton Restaurant. 
​Spring Event: Phi Sig Olympics

Sigma Delta Tau 

​Philanthropy: Prevent Child Abuse America (PCAA) , Jewish Women International (JWI) , and The Sigma Delta Tau Foundation.
About: Prevent Child Abuse America lays the groundwork to deliver the great childhoods that all children deserve. We are a dedicated to promoting services that improve child well-being in all 50 states and developing programs that help to prevent all types of abuse and neglect.
Jewish Women International works to empower women and girls so they can thrive in healthy relationships, control their financial futures and realize the full potential of their personal strength.
The Sigma Delta Tau Foundation is committed to empowering SDT sisters to grow personally and professionally through annual scholarship opportunities, essential funding of Sigma Delta Tau educational programs, and influential charitable giving from alumnae, collegians, and friends of Sigma Delta Tau.
Fall Event: Minute to Win It

​Spring Event: Pinwheels for Prevention on the Peace Quad to spread awareness and raise money for PCAA.
​Tabling to raise awareness for JWI.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon Pi

Philanthropy: American Jewish World Service
About: American Jewish World Service fights for human rights and works to end poverty in developing nations.The core values they espouse include: Essential Dignity of Every Human Being, Sense of Possibility, Partnership and Community, Initiative and Accountability, and Humility.
Fall Event: Trivia with a Spin is philanthropy event where organizations compete against one another in a bracket style competition. They must complete a challenge before they answer a trivia question about Binghamton! 
Spring Event: Lip Sync Battle where organizations compete in Lip Sync' Battle to raise money for a philanthropy chosen by the sisterhood (2019 & 2020- YWCA of Binghamton; 2018- Girl Up!; 2016 & 2017- Sunrise Association).
